Player cannot be detected on the network

The MAC filter may be enabled on your network router, blocking the player from access. Please ensure you have performed the following steps:

What to do How to do it
Register your player with your router Add the player's MAC address to the MAC filter table of your router. Use lowercase letters* when typing in the MAC address.
If your are using a wireless adapter, you must also register the adapter Add the wireless adapter's MAC address to the MAC filter table of your router. Use lowercase letters* when typing in the MAC address.

*Some routers only recognizes the MAC address in lowercase letters.
