Infocomm 2015: IAdea to Debut Fan-less 4K Player with AniBeacon™, and 21”/23” All-in-One’s - IAdea

IAdea, the leader in digital signage media appliances and smart signboards, will be showing its commercial-grade, video wall-ready, HDMI 2.0-certified XMP-7300 media player supporting and 4K Ultra-HD H.265 video decoding up to 60 frames-per-second. The solid-state, fan-less device is designed for maximum cooling efficiency, especially when working behind large video walls, through its ruggedized quarter-inch thickness aluminum enclosure. The same powerful engine is available as XOP-7300, an Intel OPS (Open Pluggable Specification) module for easy integration with compliant screens.

To add to the power its premium 4K video playback capability, the new player features AniBeacon™ proximity marketing technology, 100%-compatible with Apple’s iBeacon apps, to effortlessly expand a brand’s reach. AniBeacon enables a brand to reach all customers watching its video ad, even far away from its stores.

IAdea will also be introducing two all-in-one smart signboards designed for public deployment. XDS-2170 and XDS-2370 each integrates a 21-inch and 23-inch wide-viewing-angle IPS display, respectively, with built-in player, for ease of installation and maintenance. The devices are protected by edge-to-edge tempered glass, rated at 2X the regular strength. The two models are perfect for end-cap retail applications, hospitality reception signage, and conference room agenda displays.

The new models are supported by IAdea-certified CMS options including Scala, SignChannel, Signagelive, and OnSign TV to run directly out-of-the-box. Third-party software integration can be done quickly and easily via SMIL Open Standard and Google Android APIs. The players will support a number of Google services, including the capability to play directly from Google Drive, the cloud storage service, to greatly simplify digital signage system configuration.

At InfoComm 2015, IAdea will be featuring these devices on stand #5493 as well as partners’ stands including ATEN, the video matrix maker. Design scenarios including retail, hospitality, and corporate settings will be demonstrated. Reserve meeting time with us via for further discussion.
