IAdea’s technology works behind-the-scene for two winners of the recently announced prestigious digital signage award DIGI Awards 2011.
The winners are:
- Best Content, Corporate Communications (non-retail; digital signage for corporate campus): Scala & Christie Digital, for the Christie European headquarters lobby installation
- Best New Display Device, Small Screen: COMMcaddy
The Christie’s headquarters installation used the IAdea XDS-104 digital signboards and was reported in June by DailyDOOH. The IAdea products were selected for use outside of meeting rooms to display schedule information.
The COMMcaddy units are well-known in the industry for their distinctive look. Internally they integrate the IAdea XDK-081 digital signboard kit which consists of an 8″ LCD display and a media player board that drives the unit. The application was reported in May.
