Two Best of Show awards and customer conversations at InfoComm 2026 reinforced the growing demand for enterprise-managed display solutions built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP).
🏆 Award-Winning Innovation for Enterprise Displays
InfoComm 2026 was an exciting week for the IAdea team. It gave us the opportunity to showcase how commercial displays are evolving into enterprise-managed infrastructure while reconnecting with customers, partners, and industry leaders from around the world.
One of the proudest moments of the week was seeing that vision recognized with two Best of Show awards.
Our XMP-8552-MD received the rAVe Best of InfoComm 2026 Award for Best Digital Signage Media Player, recognizing how Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) is transforming digital signage into enterprise-managed infrastructure with Microsoft Intune integration, Microsoft Entra ID support, and policy-based device management.
Our MOP-8622 also earned AV Technology’s Best of Show Award for helping organizations modernize commercial displays through centralized management, enhanced security, and longer device lifecycles.
Together, these awards reinforce our commitment to bringing enterprise IT standards to commercial display deployments.
From the Show Floor: What Customers Were Looking For
As we met with customers and partners throughout the week, one theme kept coming up: enterprise displays are becoming part of the IT infrastructure, not just the AV environment.
Many conversations focused on how organizations can deploy digital signage and workplace displays with the same security, management, and lifecycle controls used for enterprise PCs and mobile devices.
Visitors explored IADea’s MDEP-powered portfolio, including enterprise digital signage, room scheduling, and display modernization solutions. Interest was especially strong around Microsoft Intune integration, centralized device management, and simplifying large-scale deployments across multiple locations.
One product that generated particularly strong interest was the Workspace Booking Dock, as visitors explored new ways to support flexible workspaces while giving IT teams centralized management and security.
Bringing MDEP to Enterprise Digital Signage
It was also exciting to see the growing momentum behind Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) across the show floor.
Working alongside Navori, we demonstrated how MDEP-powered IAdea hardware integrates with enterprise digital signage software to deliver secure, centrally managed signage deployments. The collaboration showcased how organizations can combine enterprise-grade device management with powerful content management while simplifying large-scale digital signage deployments.
Seeing partners incorporate MDEP into their own demonstrations reinforced the industry’s growing shift toward enterprise-ready display solutions built on open, interoperable ecosystems.
The Future of Enterprise Displays Starts with MDEP
Our biggest takeaway from InfoComm 2026 is clear: enterprise displays are no longer standalone AV devices—they’re becoming managed endpoints within the broader enterprise IT environment.
As organizations look to improve security, simplify device management, and extend the lifecycle of commercial displays, MDEP provides a trusted foundation for the next generation of enterprise display solutions.
That momentum was reflected in our discussions with Microsoft, Sharp, TPV, and other ecosystem partners, reinforcing a shared commitment to accelerating the adoption of secure, enterprise-ready commercial displays built on MDEP.
