Hybrid working has already become the working model of choice for forward-looking organizations globally. To make way for the new, some of the old must go. For the employee experience much has been gained, but many are left asking, “What has been lost during this transition?”

Culture is a highly resilient force in life, but it can also be fragile. We are leaving behind seemingly outdated workplace models, as we are no longer mandated to all be in a single location simultaneously.

How will it affect the employee and their connection to not just the physical space, but also to the culture of the organization?
